ABOUT

FORREST HILL

Forrest Hill is a San Francisco Bay Area California based singer/songwriter whose musical journey spans decades and coasts. His career began in Boston, where he fronted the funk rock band Judy's Tiny Head (JTH), releasing two EPs, including the single "My Car," which became a local radio hit in New England. During this period, JTH shared stages with notable acts including Violent Femmes, Debbie Harry, Paul Young, RunDMC, and Aimee Mann.

Forrest made his solo album debut in 2017, and since then has released six albums of thoughtful, socially conscious music that blend vintage sonic influences with contemporary themes. His partnership with producer J. Christopher Thomas began in 2020, and together they have explored a range of musical genres, from folk rock and alternative indie rock to modern psychedelic folk and country rock.

Beyond The Veil

Beyond the Veil is my sixth solo album. It is a musical meditation on consciousness, connection, and the fragile threads that bind our collective human experience. The songs can be thought of as providing a narrative arc through the human condition, from alienation through confrontation to awareness and acceptance.
